Cambridge Human Factors course

PUBLISHED 9th November 2017

Great to see such a large, informed and interested group at the 3-day Human Factors course in Cambridge.

At the invitation of Ron Kaye, I gave an update to the group on the latest developments at MHRA on human factors, and in particular their expectations from manufacturers. I also outlined the very latest news about plans for further guidance on human factors within Europe.

Of particular interest was feedback from my discussions with MHRA about generic combination products. It is becoming clear to me that the European regulators are travelling along the same path as FDA, albeit more slowly. There were lots of questions from delegates eager to know what MHRA expectations for human factors are.

The whole MDU team were there, and it was nice to be able to catch up again with our old friends Bob North and Ron Kaye.
