Ergonomics and Human Factors 2017 Annual Conference UK

PUBLISHED 26th April 2017

The annual conference hosted by the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics is currently taking place at Staverton Estate, Daventry. I had the pleasure of talking through the methodology and analysis process used when we at Medical Device Usability conducted our independent research into patient preferences of design features of medical devices in relation to usability.

Talking mid-morning, energies were high and the atmosphere was inspiring. After the talk some great questions were posed and the opportunity to discuss the reasoning behind decisions made during the study and where research should go moving forwards was invaluable.

The accompanying paper was peer-reviewed prior to acceptance and will be published in the proceedings to the conference.

Thank you to CIEHF for hosting this conference, I look forward to attending next year!
